Each summer, the NW Natural Street of Dreams showcases carefully-selected new homes with outstanding craftsmanship, innovative products, cutting-edge interior design, and architecture. The 2024 show format features two options for builders’ homes: a main site in Lake Oswego as well as bonus locations/homes in the surrounding region as part of our rapidly growing ON TOUR feature of the show. Build at the main site OR enter a home on our bonus tour! Builders can enter custom-built homes or whole-house remodels as a part of the NW Natural Street of Dreams ON TOUR. Some restrictions apply.

The 2024 featured main hub site Is located in prestigious Lake Oswego, Oregon – Oswego Reserve, a community located off Goodall Road. The HBA of Greater Portland, official producers of the show, will support your team with marketing, sponsorship incentives, and product discounts, plus a community of builders, contractors, and media partners ready to assist you. Participate in the 2024 show to market your unique style and service and generate clients for years to come!

Bonus ON TOUR Homes

Through the ON TOUR portion of the show, builders have the opportunity to enter custom-built or newly remodeled homes on other sites/properties within the surrounding area. Submitting a bonus home to be a part of the ON TOUR feature aligns you and your home with the prestigious brand of the NW Natural Street of Dreams. This new feature of the show allows builders to promote elevated, custom homes in partnership with the event while having the flexibility of not

being on the main site.

Homes for the ON TOUR portion of the show are committee-selected and spots are limited, so please complete the form as soon as possible to secure your space.

Each home receives an exterior signage package, plus additional customer experience signage thoughtfully placed throughout the home, courtesy of the show.
