The NW Natural Street of Dreams®, the nation's original and longest-running Street of Dreams event, will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2026 with an expanded show experience honoring the people, places, and partnerships that have shaped homebuilding in the Pacific Northwest for five decades.

Produced by the Home Building Association (HBA) of Greater Portland, the 2026 NW Natural Street of Dreams embraces the theme Land & Legacy, recognizing the homes, communities, and generations of builders who have helped define the region since the event's founding in 1976. What began in Portland as a showcase of exceptional craftsmanship has evolved into one of the Pacific Northwest's most anticipated summer traditions, celebrating innovation, creativity, community, and the ever-changing vision of home.

The golden anniversary show will return to a familiar format centered on the featured site, Serres Farms in Oregon City, developed by Icon Construction, while expanding throughout the greater Portland region, with more than 22 homes participating in the overall show experience .

Surrounded by sweeping valley views and iconic Northwest scenery, the featured site, Serres Farms, will showcase seven luxury homes created by some of the region's premier builders, architects, interior designers, and landscape professionals. From modern Northwest contemporary designs to timeless luxury residences, each home will highlight exceptional craftsmanship, innovative floor plans, sustainable design solutions, and the latest trends shaping the future of residential construction.

Beyond Oregon City, the 2026 Street of Dreams will extend throughout the greater Portland area through its expanded ON TOUR feature. More than 15 additional homes will be featured across multiple communities, including Lake Oswego, West Linn, Southwest Portland, Northwest Portland, Cannon Beach, and beyond.

The 50th Anniversary celebration also recognizes the longstanding partnership that has helped shape the Street of Dreams into the iconic event it is today. NW Natural has been involved with the show since its inception in 1976 and has served as title sponsor since 1989. For decades, the partnership has supported the event's commitment to innovation, quality craftsmanship, energy efficiency, and community connection throughout the Pacific Northwest.

As part of the anniversary festivities, attendees can also enjoy the return of Style at the Street, hosted by the HBA's Professional Women in Building Council on August 20. This signature event combines fashion, design, local makers, food, entertainment, and community in a unique celebration during Street of Dreams season. A portion of event proceeds will benefit the Professional Women in Building Scholarship Fund, supporting future leaders entering the homebuilding industry.

The 2026 NW Natural Street of Dreams opens Thursday, July 30, and runs through Sunday, August 23. The show will be open Thursdays through Sundays only. Each ticket includes one-time entry into every home on the tour and may be used at any time during the event.
