The NW Natural Street of Dreams®—a signature summer event produced by the Home Building Association of Greater Portland (HBA)—returns July 31 – August 24, 2025, with an expanded format and renewed commitment to showcasing the full spectrum of dream-worthy living.

Traditionally held at a single development site, the Street of Dreams features 3–6 newly built luxury homes open to the public, complemented by entertainment, food vendors, a beer and wine garden, and more. In a typical year, the event attracts more than 25,000 attendees to explore the latest in residential design and innovation.

In 2024, the Street of Dreams introduced its ON TOUR feature, taking the show on the road across the Portland metro region. That innovation continues in 2025, with over a dozen exceptional homes on display throughout the area, ranging from Northeast Portland to Forest Grove. This year's event also includes a return to the beloved single-site format, featuring two extraordinary 7,000+ sq. ft. homes at Oswego Reserve in Lake Oswego, built by Elite Homes LLC and Red Hills Land & Design.

As the NW Natural Street of Dreams® approaches its 50th anniversary, it reflects on how dreams—and the way we build them—are evolving. Rising housing costs, increasing interest rates, and fewer large-scale development sites have reshaped the housing landscape. In response, HBA is expanding the event to include a wider variety of housing types and price points—from luxury estates to breathtaking Lake Oswego townhomes to “middle housing” cottage clusters, and even homes built from recycled shipping containers.

The 2025 Street of Dreams runs for four extended weekends, Thursdays through Sundays, from July 31 to August 24, 2025. A single ticket now grants one-time entry into each home and feature of the event, with the flexibility to visit on different days. Visitors can check schedules online or via the mobile app to plan their tour.

This year’s show is thrilled to showcase some of the region’s premier home builders. Featured on our main lot in Lake Oswego’s Oswego Reserve are Elite Homes and Red Hills Land & Design. Our ON TOUR builders include Elite Homes with a secondary location, Renaissance Homes, Exceptional Homes by Andre, Rose City Homes LLC, Monogram Custom Homes, Stone Bridge Homes NW, Kalen Development, and Dez Development. We’re also excited to highlight townhomes in Lake Oswego’s prestigious First Addition neighborhood—The Skyview, developed by Koval Holdings. Our Affordable Middle Housing Bonus Feature includes projects from Dez Development, Aker Development, and Stone Bridge Homes NW at an additional location, plus innovative shipping container homes by Relevant Buildings in Oregon City.

This year’s event continues to celebrate the diversity of what “dream home” means today. Whether you're inspired by high-end design or creative, sustainable living, the Street of Dreams offers a rare opportunity to see the latest trends in architecture, interior design, and residential technology up close.

This year, $1.00 of every ticket sold will be donated to the NW Natural Street of Dreams’ charity of choice - the Home Building Foundation of Greater Portland (HBF), a 501c3 organization, a partner organization of the Home Building Association of Greater Portland (HBA). The HBF provides funds and resources to local organizations for shelter renovations, as well as supports workforce development and residential construction industry scholarships.

A list of participating builders and general home locations is attached. Exact addresses for all homes will be provided to ticket purchasers prior to the event.
