This year, the event will be held at Tumwater Vineyard!
Enjoy live music by Portland's premiere smooth rock band - The Yachtsmen, learn about the 2024 Street of Dreams ON TOUR builders and homes, and sample island-style cuisine, tropical cocktails, and local wine. This is the ultimate summer party for Home Building Association of Greater Portland members and the entire building industry. Dress in your favorite island resort wear and island hop with us! Network with builders, designers, suppliers, contractors, and sponsors at this exclusive VIP industry event.
But hurry – tickets for the VIP Block Party are extremely limited this year as we've reduced the capacity from prior events. To enhance your experience, we're offering Early Entrance Tickets for smoother traffic and flow. Don't miss out, secure your spot at this sell-out event with advance purchase. This year's event will provide on-site parking, and private shuttle/limo/ride share drop-off/pickup is permitted.
