For our 2025 Show, we are excited to feature more than 12 builders and 20 homes located in amazing neighborhoods throughout the Portland area. One ticket provides entrance to each home with four extended weekends to BUILD YOUR OWN TOUR!
Visit two showstopping homes, including our largest home ever at 8,725 sq ft, at a featured site in Lake Oswego called
Oswego Reserve, with shuttle service to and from the site. In addition to these homes on our featured site, visit 18 additional luxury homes in the surrounding area, including West Linn, Wilsonville, Forest Grove, Portland, Happy Valley, and Oregon City.
Open extended weekends -Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm, and Sundays from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Oswego Reserve homes will have shuttle service (no other homes will use a shuttle) – guests will arrive at Lake Oswego High School and take the shuttle to the two homes at Oswego Reserve. The address below is for Lake Oswego High School.
