2024 Show
When is the NW Natural Street of Dreams?
The 2024 show runs from August 1 - August 18 for EXTENDED WEEKENDS ONLY - Thursdays - Sundays.
Main show hours are Thursdays - Saturdays 10:00 am - 8:00 pm and Sundays 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Many homes on the tour have varying open days and times. Please check the "Show Hours + Directions" page for a full schedule or check the individual house pages under the "2024 Show Homes + Features" page for individual open days/times.
Where will the 2024 NW Natural Street of Dreams take place?
This year, we are taking the show on the road. It’s time to explore! We do not have a single site this year and your one ticket gets you into homes in Lake Oswego, Hillsboro, Sherwood, Portland, and Oregon City. Plan your own tour and be sure to check the website and mobile app for open days and time for each home as each home may vary.
Are there multiple sites at this year's show?
Yes! As the event approaches 50 years in production, the NW Natural Street of Dreams® realizes that dreams look different these days. With single-site land developments being harder to find, rising housing costs, and higher interest rates, the Home Building Association (HBA) of Greater Portland, a non-profit 501©6 organization, is shifting the show format to an ON TOUR format and showcasing a variety of housing types and budget ranges.
We are proud to showcase more than 20 homes at 18 locations. Please see the 2024 Show Homes + Features page for details about each home. Addresses will not be shared until 48 hours prior to ticket holders.
How do I get the addresses for each home?
The addresses for each home are available on the mobile app and will provide turn-by-turn directions to each home. The addresses will also be listed on the website and emailed to ticket holders 48 hours prior to the show's open date of August 1.
Please visit the "I have my ricket, now what do I do?" page under the News + Info tab for addresses and parking information.

Do I have to visit all of the homes on the same day?
No! You have three weekends to hit as many homes as you like. Your ticket is good for one entry into each home all days/hours the show and home are open. Please be sure to check each individual home's schedule before visiting.
How does ticketing work this year?
This year's show is entirely cash-less and tickets must be purchased online ahead of time. If you arrive at a home and need to purchase a ticket, please speak to the home host onsite. Your ticket will get you in to every home on the tour once.
I bought my ticket today, does that mean I have to attend the show today?
Your ticket can be used any day during the show's duration (Thursdays - Sundays) and open hours/days regardless of when you purchase your ticket. Join us whenever you can! Please be sure to check to see if the home you would like to visit is open as many homes have varying open days and times. Head to the "Show Hours + Directions" tab on the website or check the mobile app to confirm open times.
Are strollers ok on-site and in the homes?
Children and strollers are more than welcome on-site at the show.
Please be aware that some of the homes may not allow strollers throughout the inside of the homes while touring and will ask that you remove your child and leave the stroller out front. Baby carriers are highly encouraged.
Parking
All parking information is listed on the "Parking + Shuttle Information" page under the News + Info tab and on the mobile app. Please select the home you wish to tour, and review the parking instructions available on the page for that home. Most homes have onsite, easy parking at the house address. However, please note that some homes do not have parking right at the house address. You may need to park offsite, but nearby, and either walk or take a quick comfy shuttle to and from the house. All information regarding parking and any shuttle needs for each house is listed on the mobile app and the show website.
Do I have to wear booties or shoe coverings in the homes?
You will be asked to remove your shoes OR use shoe coverings when touring the homes. Due to supply chain challenges, we are running low on booties/shoe coverings. Booties may NOT be available during your visit to the show. Please bring socks as you may not tour the homes barefoot. Thank you for your understanding!
If you require ADA accommodations and cannot wear booties due to medical reasons or safety concerns, please contact us directly by calling (503) 603-4500, email us at sod@hbapdx.org to set up.
What are your ADA accommodations and how do I set these up for my visit?
Because we do not have a single-site location with a general parking lot, each home on the tour will have designated ADA parking available. Unfortunately, many homes on the tour are multi-level and not entirely wheelchair accessible.
If you need additional ADA accommodations to attend the show safely, please contact us directly by calling (503) 603-4500 or emailing sod@hbapdx.org so we can assist you.
What is the most appropriate attire to wear to the show?
We want to ensure that all of our guests are comfortable and are able to get around easily. All of the homes on the tour this year are on paved roads/properties but please be aware that many homes on the tour will not have immediate, up front parking. Some homes will require parking offsite and either walking a short distance or taking a shuttle to the home.
Heels and other less-secure shoes are discouraged to avoid injury or difficulty accessing the homes.
Full parking details for each home will be shared shortly.
What is your policy on animals at the show?
NO animals/pets are permitted in any of the homes on the tour except Service Animals. “Service Animals” means any animal trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Pets providing emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship are not recognized as service animals under ADA guidelines.
