When is the 2026 NW Natural Street of Dreams?
The 2026 NW Natural Street of Dreams runs from July 30 – August 23, 2026, for EXTENDED WEEKENDS ONLY – Thursdays through Sundays. Main show hours are Thursdays – Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, and Sundays, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Where will the 2026 NW Natural Street of Dreams take place?
The 2026 show celebrates its 50th anniversary with a featured site at Serres Farms in Oregon City, showcasing seven luxury homes. The show also expands throughout the greater Portland region through its ON TOUR feature, with more than 15 additional homes across multiple communities, including Lake Oswego, West Linn, Southwest Portland, Northwest Portland, Cannon Beach, and beyond.

Are there multiple sites at this year's show?
Yes! The 2026 show returns to a featured-site format while continuing the expanded ON TOUR experience. Serres Farms in Oregon City will feature seven luxury homes, with more than 15 additional homes participating throughout the greater Portland region.

What is the theme for the 50th anniversary show?
The 2026 theme is Land & Legacy, recognizing the homes, communities, and generations of builders who have helped define the region since the event's founding in 1976.

What builders are in the show this year?
Featured Site – Serres Farms, Oregon City: Designer Built Homes; Dez Development; Icon Construction (builder + site developer); Secor Homes; Creekside Homes; Earthchoice Construction. ON TOUR – Luxury Custom New Construction: TimberRidge Development (Lake Oswego); Koval Holdings (Lake Oswego); Crafted Homes and Developments (NW Portland); The Powell Group (SW Portland); Sitara Homes (West Linn); Haggart Homes (Cannon Beach). Semi-Custom/Production New Construction: Stone Bridge Homes NW (Tigard, Forest Grove, West Linn, and Canby); Forrest Ridge Homes (Oregon City – Serres Farms On Tour).

How does People’s Choice Voting work?
People’s Choice Voting is available through the official NW Natural Street of Dreams mobile app, giving guests the opportunity to vote for their favorite homes in categories including Best Landscaping, Best Outdoor Living, Best Architectural Design, Best Interior Design, Best Kitchen, Best Primary Suite, and Best Overall Home. Download the app, explore the homes, and submit your votes directly through the People’s Choice Voting section. Check the app for voting dates, deadlines, and additional details.

Are there any bonus or special features?

Yes! The 2026 show includes Container Homes by Relevant Buildings and the HBA Home, a special HBA member-built home in Oregon City at Serres Farms On Tour. The HBA Home's sale will benefit HBA advocacy and growth.

How do I get the addresses for each home?
Please visit the official NW Natural Street of Dreams website and mobile app for current home locations, parking information, and directions. Location information is provided as part of the show experience so guests can plan their tours.

How do I download the mobile app?
Search “NW Natural Street of Dreams” in your app store to download the official mobile app. The app provides home and product details, event information, directions, and real-time event updates.

Do I have to visit all of the homes on the same day?
No! Your ticket includes one-time entry into every home on the tour and may be used at any time during the event. The show is open Thursdays through Sundays from July 30 through August 23, so you can plan your visit across multiple days.

How does ticketing work this year?
Each ticket includes one-time entry into every home on the tour and may be used at any time during the event. For tickets and the most current ticketing information, visit www.StreetofDreamsPDX.com.

I bought my ticket today. Does that mean I have to attend the show today?
No! Your ticket may be used at any time during the event, during the open days and hours of the homes. Check the website or mobile app for current show hours and home information.

Do children need tickets?
Children 10 and under are always FREE!

Are strollers ok on-site and in the homes?
Children and strollers are more than welcome at our featured site and all of the homes on tour in the show. Please be aware that some of the homes may not allow strollers throughout the inside of the homes while touring and will ask that you remove your child and leave the stroller out front. Baby carriers are highly encouraged.

What about parking?
The Featured Site, Serres Farms, offers on-site field parking, with golf carts available to transport guests between the parking area and the show site. Parking information varies by home and location. Please check the official NW Natural Street of Dreams website and mobile app for the most current parking, directions, and access information for each home.

Do I have to wear booties or shoe coverings in the homes?
You will be asked to remove your shoes OR use shoe coverings when touring the homes. Due to supply chain challenges, we are running low on booties/shoe coverings. Booties may NOT be available during your visit to the show. Please bring socks as you may not tour the homes barefoot. Thank you for your understanding! If you require ADA accommodations and cannot wear booties due to medical reasons or safety concerns, please contact us directly by calling (503) 603-4500, email us at sod@hbapdx.org to set up.

What are your ADA accommodations and how do I set these up for my visit?
Our featured site, Serres Farms, will have a designated lot on-site for ADA parking needs only. If you require ADA accommodations for the featured site, Oswego Reserve, please contact us directly by calling (503) 603-4500, email us at sod@hbapdx.org to set up. Please note that the houses on the featured site are multi-level. For our ON TOUR homes, most will have designated ADA parking available, either street or driveway, and will be clearly marked as such. However, most homes on the tour are multi-level and not entirely wheelchair accessible. If you need additional ADA accommodations to attend the show safely, please contact us directly by calling (503) 603-4500 or emailing sod@hbapdx.org so we can assist you.

What is your policy regarding animals at the show?
NO animals/pets are permitted in any of the homes on the tour or the featured site grounds except Service Animals. “Service Animals” means any animal trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Pets providing emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship are not recognized as service animals under ADA guidelines.

Are there special events during the 2026 show?
Yes! Style at the Street returns August 20, hosted by the HBA's Professional Women in Building Council. The event combines fashion, design, local makers, food, entertainment, and community. A portion of event proceeds will benefit the Professional Women in Building Scholarship Fund, supporting future leaders entering the homebuilding industry.
