2025 Show
When is the NW Natural Street of Dreams?
The 2025 show runs from July 31 - August 24 for EXTENDED WEEKENDS ONLY - Thursdays - Sundays.
Show hours are Thursdays - Saturdays 10:00 am - 8:00 pm and Sundays 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Where will the 2025 NW Natural Street of Dreams take place?
This year, the NW Natural Street of Dreams returns with a featured site and over a dozen more homes in the surrounding area as part of our ON TOUR feature!
Two homes are located on a featured site called Oswego Reserve in Lake Oswego, with off-site parking at Lake Oswego High School providing shuttle service to and from the site. Over a dozen more homes are located all over the region as part of our ON TOUR feature. Additional homes are in Lake Oswego, West Linn, Wilsonville, Happy Valley, Portland, Forest Grove, and Oregon City.
Addresses, parking, and directional information for all homes are coming soon! Location information can also be found on the official NW Natural Street of Dreams mobile app, launching soon!
Plan your own tour and be sure to check the website and mobile app for open days and times.
Are there multiple sites at this year's show?
Yes! As the event approaches 50 years in production, the NW Natural Street of Dreams® realizes that dreams look different these days. With single-site land developments being harder to find, rising housing costs, and higher interest rates, the Home Building Association (HBA) of Greater Portland, a non-profit 501©6 organization, is shifting the show format to an ON TOUR format and showcasing a variety of housing types and budget ranges.
We are proud to showcase more than 18 homes in 10 locations around the Portland metro area. However, we are also thrilled to return to a featured site format, in addition to ON TOUR! We will have two homes at a single featured site in Lake Oswego and over a dozen more in the surrounding area. Please see the 2025 Show Homes + Features page for details about each home.
Addresses will not be shared until 48 hours prior to ticket holders.
I heard there’s a single site this year, too. Is that true?
We are thrilled to bring back a featured site this year! In addition to our many homes ON TOUR, we will have a featured site in Lake Oswego, Oswego Reserve, which will showcase two showstopping homes. There is no on-site parking at this site and guests will need to take a shuttle to and from the site from Lake Oswego High School.
How do I get the addresses for each home?

How does ticketing work this year?
This year's show is entirely cash-less and tickets must be purchased online ahead of time. If you arrive at a home and need to purchase a ticket, please speak to the home host onsite. Your ticket will get you in to every home on the tour once.
Are strollers ok on-site and in the homes?
Children and strollers are more than welcome at our featured site and all of the homes on tour in the show.
Please be aware that some of the homes may not allow strollers throughout the inside of the homes while touring and will ask that you remove your child and leave the stroller out front. Baby carriers are highly encouraged.
What about parking?
All parking information will be listed on the "Parking + Shuttle Information" page under the News + Info tab prior to show open and on the mobile app.
Please select the home you wish to tour, and review the parking instructions available on the page for that home. Most homes have on-site or street parking at the house address.
However, the featured site, Oswego Reserve, will NOT have on-site parking. All guests must park in the back lot of Lake Oswego High School and take a quick shuttle over. Signage will be clearly marked, guiding you where to go.
All information regarding parking and any shuttle needs for each house is listed on the mobile app and the show website.
Do I have to wear booties or shoe coverings in the homes?
You will be asked to remove your shoes OR use shoe coverings when touring the homes. Due to supply chain challenges, we are running low on booties/shoe coverings. Booties may NOT be available during your visit to the show. Please bring socks as you may not tour the homes barefoot. Thank you for your understanding!
If you require ADA accommodations and cannot wear booties due to medical reasons or safety concerns, please contact us directly by calling (503) 603-4500, email us at sod@hbapdx.org to set up.
What are your ADA accommodations and how do I set these up for my visit?
Our featured site, Oswego Reserve, will have a designated lot on-site for ADA parking needs only. If you require ADA accommodations for the featured site, Oswego Reserve, please contact us directly by calling (503) 603-4500, email us at sod@hbapdx.org to set up. Please note that the houses on the featured site are multi-level.
For our ON TOUR homes, most will have designated ADA parking available, either street or driveway, and will be clearly marked as such. However, most homes on the tour are multi-level and not entirely wheelchair accessible.
If you need additional ADA accommodations to attend the show safely, please contact us directly by calling (503) 603-4500 or emailing sod@hbapdx.org so we can assist you.
What is the most appropriate attire to wear to the show?
We want to ensure that all of our guests are comfortable and are able to get around easily. All of the homes on the tour this year are on paved roads/properties but please be aware that many homes on the tour will not have immediate, up front parking. Some homes will require parking offsite and either walking a short distance or taking a shuttle to the home.
Heels and other less-secure shoes are discouraged to avoid injury or difficulty accessing the homes.
Full parking details for each home will be shared shortly.
What is your policy regarding animals at the show?
NO animals/pets are permitted in any of the homes on the tour or the featured site grounds except Service Animals. “Service Animals” means any animal trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Pets providing emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship are not recognized as service animals under ADA guidelines.
