Parking + Shuttle Information

Most homes on the tour have onsite or street parking with the exception of two of the luxury new construction homes. The Sunningdale (home #6) requires offsite parking at a nearby school and a very short walk to the home. The Goodall (home #7) will require a quick shuttle ride to and from the home. We know that this may cause some inconveniences but please trust that the homes are all worth it! Please see the list below for the parking/shuttle situation for every home on the tour.

      • Parking instructions for Sunningdale House: Please note that this address DOES NOT take you directly to the home. The address listed will take you to the Forest Hills Elementary School where you will park your car and take a short walk to the house. There is very limited and restricted street parking available on Sunningdale near Andrews Rd and on Andrews Rd. Drop-off at the home is permitted on Sunningdale, but please be mindful of traffic congestion. Please pay very close attention to the “No Event Parking” signs and barricades so as not to block any neighbors’ access to their homes. It’s worth the walk!
  • Home #7: Exceptional Homes by Andre – The Goodall
    • Address: 2501 Country Club Rd, Lake Oswego, OR 97034 -Lake Oswego High School
      • Parking instructions for The Goodall: Please note that this address DOES NOT take you directly to the home. This address listed takes you to Lake Oswego High School parking lot where you will take a quick shuttle ride to and from The Goodall. Please look for the shuttle stop signage to hop aboard. Parking and shuttle stops are located at the back lot of the school. The shuttle is a short ride – and we assure you, this house is worth the shuttle ride! as there is no street parking at the house. It is only a brief 5-minute shuttle ride each way.
  • Home #8: J.T. Roth – Denali Summit
    • Address: 23150 SW Murdock Road, Sherwood, OR 97140
    • Public street parking and a nearby parking lot is available at this stop on the tour.
    • Bonus homes, sponsor booths, and rotating food trucks on Saturdays and Sundays to see here too!
Luxury Condominiums - Open weekends 1 & 2 - custom hours – 11:00 am – 6:00 pm

    • Public street parking is available at the address or the public parking garage in downtown Lake Oswego is within walking distance of this stop on the tour.
