Celebrate 50 Years of Dream Homes at the NW Natural Street of Dreams® Golden Hour Block Party!
Join us for an unforgettable evening as we kick off the 50th Anniversary of the NW Natural Street of Dreams® at the beautiful Serres Farms featured site in Oregon City. Presented by Community Financial, the Golden Hour Block Party is the premier summer networking event for members of the Home Building Association of Greater Portland and the region’s building and design industry.
As the sun sets over Serres Farms, experience the magic of Golden Hour. Enjoy live music, exceptional local food and beverages, and an exclusive first look at the stunning homes and builders featured in this landmark anniversary show. During the event, guests will have the opportunity to tour all seven luxury homes on the main Street of Dreams site, along with two additional homes within the Serres Farms community, including the HBA Home—a member-built home supporting the Home Building Association of Greater Portland and its workforce development and housing initiatives.
Connect with builders, designers, architects, suppliers, contractors, and industry partners while celebrating five decades of inspiration, innovation, and craftsmanship. From warm sunset tones to glowing architectural details, the homes on display reflect the beauty and energy of the Pacific Northwest at its most radiant hour.
Dress in your favorite sunset hues and step into an evening defined by light, connection, and community in one of the region’s most anticipated new home developments.
Tickets are limited, and this event is expected to sell out. Secure your spot early and raise a glass to 50 years of dream homes, visionary design, and the people who make it all possible.
This year’s event will provide on-site parking, and private shuttle/limo/ride share drop-off/pickup is permitted.
