The Home Building Association of Greater Portland is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking crew members to join us for the 2026 NW Natural Street of Dreams®. The show dates are July 30 to August 23, 2026.
This year is extra special as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Street of Dreams, and we’re going big. The spotlight will be on our featured site at Serres Farms in Oregon City, showcasing seven stunning homes all in one place, plus even more to explore nearby as part of our ON TOUR experience.
We’re looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join the crew. Most of your time will be spent at the featured site, so once you're there, you’re set. However, some responsibilities will require a valid driver’s license to bounce around town as needed.

Crew Position Description
Crew Members will assist with the daily operations of the NW Natural Street of Dreams. Responsibilities include general maintenance, event set up and tear down, and parking assistance. The days and hours will vary. Duties of the position are performed indoors and outdoors and may be performed in inclement weather conditions. Position may require frequent or continuous walking, standing and talking. May also require occasional sitting, kneeling, bending, reaching, stooping, running, and heavy lifting/carrying.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must be 16 years of age or older and have the ability to work mid-July through early September. Candidates must work well in a team environment, possess excellent verbal and written language skills and have outstanding customer service skills. Applicants should be willing to take direction but be capable of working independently and efficiently.
