A dream for many

The NW Natural Street of Dreams returns to Happy Valley in 2021. The annual home tour produced by the Home Builders Association of Metro Portland offers a unique opportunity for home inspiration, showcasing the latest in design trends, technology and energy-efficient building practices. This year, the home tour will look a little different – expanding the event’s footprint and its housing variety.

Heritage Crest, a nine lot, gated community, will anchor the show featuring three custom luxury homes that range from $1.5 to $3 million. Additionally, the Street of Dreams will include nearby Pleasant Valley Villages, a master-planned community from Holt Homes, which will showcase three well-appointed model homes that range from $550,000 to $650,000

For those who dream to live small, a container home by Relevant Building will also be a featured attraction of the show, as well as sleeping pods built to shelter those experiencing houselessness.

The cancellation of the 2020 show allowed us to evaluate the show and its offerings. We felt it was important – particularly this year – to acknowledge that everyone’s dream home looks different. And while the Street of Dreams will continue to highlight the latest in home innovations, we also want to showcase dream homes at a variety of price points.

Heritage Crest is being developed by awarding-winning Street of Dreams builder Red Hills Construction. Pleasant Valley Villages features a wide array of home sizes, styles and neighborhood amenities – including a community clubhouse, pool, parks and walking paths.
