About Neveah

Nevaeh is the Modjeski family’s Heaven on earth. After years of raising their four active boys in the smaller home on the property, they’ve built the ultimate family home. Really, two houses in one, this multi-generational home has generous secondary living quarters, including its own master, garage bay, guest room and entries for grandparents.

Built to be the Modjeski’s dream home, not a show home, everything in Nevaeh is designed around family, comfort and a casual lifestyle. When you’ve got four boys from under10 to teen there is guaranteed to be a football thrown across the living room on more then one occasion. Plus, when you’re a family of six, a seven bedroom house doesn’t sound all that big.

Eschewing a traditional ground floor layout, Nevaeh is designed to be a place to have fun — a place where friends want to come, hang out and stick around. There is a home theater and recreation room in addition to the great room/family room. The kitchen and rec room open with large doors to a full outdoor kitchen and pool area. In between sports, the boys do play the piano, so a music rooms serves as the one more refined area of the ground floor. A mud room from the garage doubles as a small home administrative area — there is no formal office space at Nevaeh. Feeding four growing boys is no small feat, so Nevaeh includes an extra large pantry with a second fridge.

The casual and welcoming vibe of the Modjeski’s private home is underscored by an overall modern farmhouse esthetic. Most notably in the impressive, 12-inch barn wood floors throughout. The theme continues with marble-look Quartz countertops in the kitchen and a full barn wood door wall in the rec room. While the master bedroom provides a bit of a sanctuary with a more sophisticated color palate and finishes, the boys’ bedrooms are done in looks from vintage sports to super-modern.

Plenty of storage is important for an active family and Nevaeh works in dual attic storage spaces in addition to the garage. Built by the family for the family, Nevaeh is named after the granddaughter of their builder, Tom Liesy. Nevaeh and Mitchell Park are truly a family affair.
