Hoyt Street Properties (HSP) is the Portland-based development company largely credited for transforming the city's abandoned industrial area into one of the nation's most vibrant urban neighborhoods: Hoyt Yards in the Pearl. Today, this world-class mixed-use community sets the standard for city planners everywhere, integrating contemporary multi-level housing with a variety of service-oriented retailers to create the ideal urban experience.
