HOST Development is a 501(c)(3)non-profit developer (CCB #71658) that creates affordable home ownership opportunities for low to moderate income families and individuals. HOST has helped almost 300 renters become homeowners in the Portland area since 1991.

At HOST Development, our mission is to provide affordable home ownership opportunities to build strong, vital communities.

HOST believes home ownership creates individual, family and community prosperity and vitality. To this end, our goals are to help renters become owners and create housing, jobs and community involvement by building and selling homes to low and moderate income buyers. Visit Website
